Urgent Analysis at the following cost:
1 working day# – 95% of test cost added to the price
2 working days – 75% of test cost added to the price
4 working days – 50% of test cost added to the price
Urgent analysis starting the DAY AFTER receiving the samples and completed Service Request.
# Not applicable for Unsaponifiable matter and Sterol content.
Turn-around time for results = 8 working days. Starting the day after receiving the samples.

Reports with less than 50% SANAS accredited methods tested/performed SHALL be issued WITHOUT the SANAS accreditation symbol.
The client will be responsible for sample safety, where relevant. The client must inform the laboratory of any hazards associated with the sample submitted and provide a safety data sheet.
Please note that no samples or containers will be returned, unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellation of analyses must be given within 24 hours. Additional analyses not requested during sample submission must be communicated in writing.
Please note that results may be viewed by SANAS assessors during assessments.
Only the email address(es) in the Client Details block shall receive the Certificate of Analysis. When an email address other than the email address(es) provided in the Client Details block requests to receive the Certificate of Analysis, written permission shall be provided by the primary receiver.
